Job summary

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor medication administration, and document care while participating in training such as CPR, First Aid, OSHA, SOAR, and food handler requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Pass a background check and LEIE as required.
• Pass required controlled substance tests.
• English language proficiency (read, write, speak).

Responsibilities
