Life Unlimited, Inc in the Kansas City metro area seeks a Director of Day Programs to manage day program operations and guide the My Day and Clubhouse locations. The role reports to LU Leadership Team and drives a positive Life Unlimited culture, overseeing programming, logistics, and service delivery for individuals supported.

Responsibilities include stakeholder relations, compliance with DMH/Medicaid/CARF, staff training, PCSP oversight, and cross-program collaboration to ensure high-quality

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field and extensive supervisory experience.
• Minimum of five years in a social service field.
• Must obtain and maintain required training and certifications.
• Background in human development, disability services, and evaluation planning.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure program goals align with agency mission and vision.
• Ensure policy and procedures are followed by staff.
• Ensure regulatory standards (DMH, Medicaid, CARF) are met.
• Lead day programs and clubhouses within the KC metro area.
• Oversee operations, programming, vision, and logistics of My Day sites.
• Develop leadership within the Day Program umbrella.
• Coordinate PCSPs with individuals and guardians as applicable.
• Support payroll approvals and HR inquiries.
• Monitor quality, outcomes, and corrective actions with site teams.
