Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support roles with individuals with IDD or autism.
• Ability to follow person-centered and behavioral plans.
• Strong observation and patient communication.
• Documentation of shifts in electronic health records.
• Ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
