Job summary

Sunrise Group is seeking staff for its Sunrise Community, Inc. Day Program, dedicated to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live valued lives in the community.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background and drug screenings required.
• Valid Driver's License with endorsements and 3+ years driving experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience working in the human service field.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides support, supervision to all staff and individuals in the Day Program setting.
• Creates and maintains a positive, learning, supportive environment for all employees and individuals.
• Ensures accuracy and efficiency in billing and staffing in regards to daily revenue.
• Ensures implementation and documentation of all training, support and behavior programs as required by the individual's plan and regulatory agencies.
• Ensures safety by accounting for all employees and individuals on site, in the van, and on trip activities.
• Ensures employee compliance with policies and procedures through monitoring and training.
• Provides constructive feedback to employees through positive interactions, role modeling, and mentoring.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
