Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• GED or High School Diploma.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team- oriented.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured daytime activities, including social, recreational, and community-based programs.
• Support individuals in building independence, social skills, and daily living skills.
• Implement individual service plans and track progress toward goals.
• Ensure health, safety, and dignity during program hours, transportation, and outings.
• Provide personal care and assist with medications as needed (training provided).
• Promote inclusion and positive community engagement.
• Utilize crisis prevention and intervention strategies to support individuals safely.
• Complete daily logs and incident reports.
