Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Minimum one year of supervisory or management experience.
• Valid Florida driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of adult day training program.
• Supervise, coach, and support Day Program Coordinators and staff.
• Monitor participant attendance and service delivery.
