Job summary

Embrace Life Services in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a Day Program Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the day program for individuals supported through DDD. You will provide guidance, ensure safety, and foster an inclusive, engaging environment.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, coordinating with staff, maintaining documentation, supervising team meetings, and supporting residents in life skills and community integration; strong communication and compliance with DDD training

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities; supervisory or leadership background.
• Knowledge of autism, intellectual disabilities, and behavioral challenges.
• Understanding of person-centered planning and positive behavior support.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication; ability to collaborate with multiple support teams.
• Proficiency in documentation and report writing; basic computer skills.
• Must have DDD training such as Article 9, CPR/First-Aid, and Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Arizona Driver License and 3-year driving record; safe driving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily schedules and routines for members.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure services align with care plans.
• Monitor program effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Maintain documentation of participant progress and incidents.
• Provide leadership and conduct regular staff meetings.
• Schedule staff and ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet ratio needs.
• Support participants in developing life skills, socialization, and community integration.
• Ensure safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.
