Job summary

The Center for Disability Services is seeking a Day Program Coordinator for its Adult Services Program. The role focuses on educational and vocational programming for individuals with disabilities, leading an interdisciplinary team and supporting daily program operations.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, with at least two years in a related field. Associates degree or two years of college may substitute for one year of experience, and lifting up to 50 pounds is

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of job-related experience, specifically with people with developmental disabilities or related field, preferred.
• Associates degree or two completed years of college may substitute for 1 year of experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee educational and vocational programming for assigned individuals.
• Assist Day Program Supervisor in establishing programming and staff assignments.
• Act as team leader for the interdisciplinary team servicing each individual on caseload.
• Support Directors/Day Program Administrators with daily organizational needs of the program.
