Job summary

ViaQuest in Pickerington, OH is hiring for a full-time direct care position (M-F, 1st shift) with a pay range of $16.25–$17.25 per hour.

You will provide direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities, supervise and assist in daily living, transport participants in a company van, and join community outings.

Paid training, CPR and First Aid certifications, and a benefits package including medical, vision, dental, disability, life insurance and a 401k are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Fewer than 6 points in the last three years on your motor vehicle record.
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
