Job Position Description:

This role involves maintaining clean and healthy environments by performing duties such as debris removal, common area maintenance, bathroom restocking, and responding to cleaning emergencies. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, window cleaning, furniture and equipment moving.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Use proper PPE as required.
• Clean all common areas including kitchens, cafeterias, lobbies, and break rooms.
• Place safety hazard signs like 'wet floor' signs as necessary.
• Monitor, service, and restock bathrooms.
• Respond immediately to spills or cleaning crises.
• Remove litter and debris from shared spaces.
• Experience as a custodian or janitor is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Experience in professional cleaning environments is a plus.
• Must be flexible, able to work in a fast-paced, multitasked environment.
• Maintain a positive attitude, be dependable, punctual, and in uniform.
• Respect and understand co-workers and customers, and communicate in English.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching overhead and forward. Must lift/carry 25 lbs.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions and differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
