LOT Commercial Property Services in Carlsbad, CA, is hiring a Full-Time Day Porter to keep retail spaces clean, welcoming, and ready for business. You’ll walk the property, pick up trash, sweep and mop, clean restrooms, and report maintenance needs as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in English or Spanish.
• Experience in janitorial, custodial or porter work preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented; able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day.
• Pick up trash and empty receptacles.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces.
• Clean restrooms and high-traffic areas.
• Clean exterior doors, windows, and sills; remove debris.
• Walk the property to inspect cleanliness and report needs.
