Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby and common areas.
• Polish chrome and glass surfaces; vacuum and wipe surfaces.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe doors, walls, and tops.
• Inspect building exterior and pick up trash.
• Empty exterior trash receptacles; maintain restrooms.
• Sweep stairs, entrances, and lobby areas as needed.
• Report lights out and solicitors to Management Office.
• Policing lobby during high-traffic times to keep areas clean.
• Support building Engineer as needed.
