Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas of office buildings and other facilities in clean, orderly condition.
• Spot clean lobby doors and polish chrome in entry areas.
• Vacuum lobby and elevator cabs; empty trash and clean restrooms daily.
• Sweep stairs, entrances, and remove debris from landscaped areas as needed.
• Polish elevator railings, doors, and lobby call buttons; report lights out.
