Qualifications

• Experience maintaining common areas in office or commercial buildings.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and safety rules.
• Capable of lifting light loads and standing long periods.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors
• Polish chrome on lobby doors
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up any trash
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles
• Check restrooms twice daily
• Vacuum lobby daily
• Sweep stairs and landings as needed
