• Observes security policies and reports unsafe conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and orderly common areas in office buildings.
• Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs, wipe walls and doors; clean restrooms twice daily.
• Empty trash receptacles and sweep entrances; report lights out to Management.
