CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter to maintain cleanliness in office buildings and other commercial facilities. Responsibilities include basic custodial tasks, lobby maintenance, restroom checks, trash collection, and reporting maintenance needs.

DailyPay is available for staff, and the role supports the company’s service-focused ethos. This on-site position requires reliable attendance and adherence to safety protocols while assisting building engineers to keep facilities in optimal

Competenze

• Essential duties include maintaining common areas in clean and orderly condition and performing tasks such as spot cleaning lobby doors, vacuuming, restroom checks, trash removal and reporting maintenance issues.

Mansioni

• Spot clean lobby glass doors
• Polish chrome on lobby doors
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up trash
• Clean ashtrays and sand urns on every floor
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles
• Check restrooms twice daily
• Vacuum lobby daily
• Sweep stairs and landings
• Remove debris from landscaped areas
• Sweep building entrances
• Clean walls, doors, and wall coverings
• Report lights out to Management
• Report solicitors to Management
• Policing lobby during high-traffic times
• Vacuum carpeted floors
• Dust mop lobby floors twice daily
• Polish elevator cab railings and doors
• Assist Building Engineer daily
