What You'll Be Doing

We are seeking a dependable and energetic Day Porter to maintain our facilities. Responsibilities include completing cleaning tasks to keep the buildings pristine, using basic cleaning products, and performing minor repairs. Prior cleaning experience is preferred.

Day Porter Responsibilities

• General cleaning and maintenance of the building.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms.
• Emptying trash and recycling bins.
• Removing debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensuring doors are locked after hours.
• Cleaning spills with appropriate equipment.
• Performing minor repairs as needed.
• Assisting with setup and takedown for events.
• Reporting major repairs to supervisors.
• Managing cleaning supplies stock.
• Coordinating with contract cleaning services when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Day Porter Requirements

• Efficient time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and safely with cleaning supplies and equipment.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion policies.
• Ability to accommodate reasonable requests under ADA and PWFA.

Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
