Job Summary

Sets and clears tables, stocks stations, assists food servers with service.

• Clears dirty tables and resets them promptly.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations.
• Serves guests beverages, breads, and assists servers.
• Transports dirty tableware to dishwashing area.
• Performs cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Folds napkins, replenishes condiments, and performs side work.
• Handles guest requests, greets, and seats guests.
