Expect routine cleaning of glass, floors, and restrooms where applicable, with attention to trash removal and reporting of hazards. On-site position with steady daytime shifts is available.

Qualifications

• Spot clean the lobby glass doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day.
• Vacuum lobby floors daily and sweep stairwells as needed.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles; report lights out.

Responsibilities

• Sweep stairwells and landings; remove debris from landscaped areas as needed.
