CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter to maintain cleanliness in office buildings, apartments, and commercial spaces. Responsibilities include lobby cleaning, polishing, vacuuming elevator cabs, restrooms, and debris removal to ensure a neat, safe environment.

The role requires punctuality, dependability, and adherence to safety procedures while efficiently supporting building operations and engineering staff.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean the lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice daily.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up trash; empty exterior trash receptacles.
• Clean ashtrays and sand urns on every floor; sweep entrances and clean restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby floors and dust mop; report lighting issues to Management.
• Assist building Engineer as needed and police the lobby during high-traffic times.
