CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness and order of common areas in office buildings, apartments, and other commercial facilities. Responsibilities include cleaning lobby doors, vacuums, restrooms, lobbies, and exterior areas to ensure a pristine environment.

The role emphasizes punctuality, dependability, and strict safety practices while supporting building operations and collaborating with management.

Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality in daily work routine.
• Dependability in following instructions and meeting commitments.
• Observes safety procedures and reports unsafe conditions.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up trash.
• Clean ashtrays and sand urns on every floor.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby daily as needed.
• Dust mop lobby floors twice daily.
• Polish elevator cab railings and doors and main lobby call buttons.
