Job summary

Harvard Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a Cleaner to join our team in Minneapolis. The role covers basic cleaning across common areas, restrooms, entrances and more, with multiple shifts and opportunities for full-time, part-time, and seasonal work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year cleaning experience preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Must be willing to work assigned hours.
• Capable of performing the physical demands of the job: bending, kneeling, lifting, reaching and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic cleaning of all common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways and other assigned items/areas.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in all areas and operate cleaning equipment.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies; report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
