Sea Crest Maintenance Services LLC is seeking a Day Porter to maintain cleanliness, safety, and appearance of assigned properties in the San Diego area. The role requires a proactive approach to cleaning, responsiveness to requests, and meticulous attention to detail throughout the shift.

Schedule is Sat-Sun-Mon-Tue-Wed 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with Thu-Fri off. Candidates should have 1–2 years janitorial experience, be bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, and possess reliable transportation.

• 1–2 years janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.

• Follow instructions and assigned cleaning schedules.
• Respond promptly to building and cleaning requests.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of lobbies, corridors, elevators, and stairwells.
• Pick up, empty, and transport trash and recycling.
• Remove debris from floors and surrounding areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms including toilets and sinks.
• Refill paper towel, toilet paper, and soap dispensers.
• Clean spills and maintain safe conditions at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas.
• Clean glass surfaces including doors and mirrors.
• Perform detailed dusting, vacuuming, and mopping as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
