Job summary

Verde Clean in Missouri is hiring a Day Porter to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space across our facilities. The role supports our mission of environmental stewardship through reliable cleaning, restocking, and floor care.

Work schedule Monday–Thursday 10:00am–8:30pm, paid at $17 per hour, with opportunities to contribute to a positive workplace culture through our Culture Committee and paid volunteer time off.

Qualifications

• At least one year janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to use cleaning equipment and follow safety protocols; communicate politely.
• Must pass physical requirements listed for the role.

Responsibilities

• Clean, safe, and welcoming spaces, including desks, tables, and counters.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and facilities.
• Restock supplies and monitor dispensers.
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming.
• Identify hazards and report to supervisor; provide courteous customer service.
