Job summary

Verde Clean is seeking a Day Porter to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our facilities. The role focuses on janitorial duties, restroom sanitation, restocking supplies, and customer-friendly service.

Schedule is Friday through Sunday, 6:00pm to 6:30am, with pay at $16.50 per hour. Verde Clean emphasizes safety, sustainability, and community impact, offering paid volunteer time and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• At least one year of janitorial or cleaning experience.
• Ability to use cleaning equipment and knowledge of safety protocols.
• Must be able to work independently and interact courteously with others.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and wiping surfaces including desks, tables, and counters; disinfect restrooms.
• Restocking supplies and ensuring dispensers are filled across the facility.
• Floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Identify safety hazards and report them to the supervisor; maintain a secure environment.
