Legacy Maintenance Services, LLC is seeking a Cleaner to maintain clean and orderly buildings in Polaris, OH. The role includes heavy cleaning tasks such as floor care, rug shampooing, restroom sanitation, wall and glass cleaning, and waste disposal.

The candidate should take pride in their work and handle duties with ownership, safety, and timely execution. Key duties include cleaning floors, restrooms, furniture, windows, and reports of needed repairs or safety issues.

Qualifications

• Commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of buildings and maintain upkeep.
• Empty wastebaskets and dispose trash.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• Sanitize restrooms and fill dispensers.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Spot clean glass partitions, blinds and mirrors.
• Dust furniture, walls, woodwork, and fixtures.
• Mix cleaning solutions according to specifications.
• Identify and report safety equipment maintenance issues.
• Complete tasks promptly with minimal supervision.
• Complete trainings as required.
• Other tasks or duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
