Job summary

Legacy Maintenance Services, LLC is seeking a Cleaner to keep buildings in clean and orderly condition in Powell, OH. The role involves heavy cleaning such as floors, rugs, restrooms, walls, glass and furniture, plus trash removal.

You will be expected to take pride in duties and areas, report safety issues, and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Typical duties include cleaning floors, sanitizing restrooms, dusting, and reporting maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of building, keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Empty wastebaskets and dispose of trash to disposal areas.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• Sanitize restrooms and refill dispensers.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Spot clean glass partitions, blinds and mirrors.
• Dust furniture, walls, woodwork and equipment.
• Identify and report safety equipment maintenance issues.
• Complete tasks timely with minimal supervision.
• Complete trainings as required.
