CSI International, Inc. is seeking a dependable and energetic Day Porter for our Newtown Square location. The role focuses on keeping our facilities clean and well-maintained through a variety of cleaning tasks and basic upkeep.

The position requires some cleaning experience, the ability to work independently or with a team, and a high school diploma or equivalent. E-Verify certification is required for employment in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Dependable and energetic Day Porter to keep facilities clean.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Assist with setting up and taking down equipment for events or meetings.
• Notify supervisors of major repairs.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Work with a contract cleaning service when necessary.
