Job summary

CSI International Inc. is seeking a dependable Day Porter to help keep our facilities clean and presentable. You will perform a range of cleaning tasks to maintain a pristine building, with attention to safety and efficiency.

This role requires basic knowledge of cleaning products and the ability to work independently or with a team. Generally, work hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM; prior cleaning experience is a plus, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to work independently or with a team.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and upkeep in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Assist with setup and takedown for events or meetings.
• Notify supervisors of major repairs.
• Complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked.
• Work with contract cleaning service when needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
