CSI International Inc. is seeking a dependable Day Porter to maintain clean facilities in a New Jersey location. The role involves a range of cleaning tasks to keep buildings in excellent condition and ready for daily use.

You will vacuum, mop, stock restrooms, and handle debris removal, while ensuring doors are secured after hours. The position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with opportunities to assist events and collaborate with the cleaning team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify) required.
• Cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to keep spaces presentable.
• Clean and stock restrooms; empty trash and recycling.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Perform minor repairs on facilities or equipment as needed.
• Assist setting up and taking down equipment for events or meetings.
• Notify supervisors of major repairs.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked and organized.
• Work with a contract cleaning service when necessary.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
