Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning or janitorial duties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice daily.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up trash; empty exterior trash receptacles.
• Clean restrooms twice daily; sweep entrances and remove debris as needed.
• Polish elevator cab railings and doors; report lights and solicitors to Management Office.
