Job summary

Harvard Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a Porter to maintain daily cleanliness, appearance, and upkeep of public and operational spaces within the building. You will respond to building management requests and work orders to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for tenants, employees, and visitors.

We operate three shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. The role focuses on cleaning public areas, restrooms, lobbies, parking areas, and exterior of the building, with duties including routine

Responsibilities

• Service all public and operating spaces throughout the building.
• Facilitate plaza and/or parking garage areas as specified.
• Keep elevator cars clean and neat.
• Preserve lobby and first impression areas.
• Uphold exterior of building.
• Maintain restroom cleanliness.
• Check and restock all restroom products.
• Police building grounds.
• Police the dock.
• Police stairwells daily, dust mop stairwells weekly and damp mop stair landings & treads monthly.
• Snow removal. Respond to special requests throughout the day.
