Job Description: Janitorial Staff

Join a company where passion and customer focus are valued! We are seeking dedicated janitorial staff to maintain cleanliness across various facilities.

Responsibilities

1. Carpeted Areas: Empty waste baskets, dust and clean furniture, vacuum carpets, spot clean soiled areas, clean glass on lobby doors.
2. Non-Carpeted Areas: Similar waste management, dusting, sweeping, mopping floors.
3. Lunchroom/Break Areas: Waste management, cleaning tables, chairs, vending machines, appliances, sinks, and counters.
4. Restrooms: Waste management, refilling dispensers, sanitizing toilets, basins, urinals, and cleaning walls and floors.
5. Additional Cleaning: Dusting high partitions, cleaning vents, polishing furniture, moving furniture for cleaning, and floor waxing.
6. Seasonal Tasks: Sweeping walkways, raking leaves, snow removal, etc.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months of janitorial experience desired.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand, walk, and perform repetitive movements.
• Good communication skills, punctuality, neat appearance, and a clean driving record.

Work Environment

Fast-paced office and shop environments with moderate noise, exposure to dust, fumes, and cleaning chemicals. Safety glasses required for certain tasks.
