Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. is seeking a Day Porter in the San Jose area. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with duties including restroom sanitation, restocking supplies, trash removal, and floor care across elevators, offices, and stairs.

Applicants must provide proof of work authorization and complete an I-9 form. No prior experience is required as training is offered. Physically able to perform cleaning tasks, lift up to 25 lbs, and stand/walk throughout shift; overtime and

Responsibilities

• Restroom sanitizing (cleaning and disinfecting).
• Restocking of dispensers and supplies provided by Moreno.
• Trash removal.
• Clean stairwells.
• Mopping elevators, offices and stairs.
• Vacuuming elevators, offices and stairs.
• Sanitizing breakrooms and office spaces, including clean rooms.

Day Porter:

Scheduled: Monday - Friday 11:30 AM - 4:30 PM

• Clock in & out using e-Hub app-based platform




• Applicants must provide proof of work authorization and complete an I-9 form.




• No experience is required. We are willing to train the right individual!

• Good hygiene skills




• Must be detail oriented and possess a willingness to learn.




• Assist with requests from facilities team (Supervisor, Manager, Director)




• Overtime work, Holiday, & schedule adjustments may be needed.




• Must be able to lift 25 lbs., carry 12 lbs.
