Job Description: A Day Porter's primary responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, maintenance, and safety of the facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Keep hallways and break rooms clean
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and replenish supplies as needed
• Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs
• Clean common areas like kitchens, cafeterias, and patios
• Prepare and clean conference rooms before VIP visits and after meetings
• Sanitize high-touch areas to reduce the spread of germs
• Respond to spills and cleanup emergencies promptly
• Identify and warn about safety hazards like wet floors
• Remove trash, snow, and debris from driveways and parking lots
• Assist with assembly/disassembly of meeting setups
