Day Porter/Office Cleaner needed in Novi, Michigan

*Experience NOT required * PAID TRAINING * NO WEEKENDS

• Monday - Friday, 10am - 2pm
• Novi - Off Haggerty Rd and 9 Mile
• $15/hr - Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit

Position Purpose: The primary responsibilities involve the upkeep of the facility to enhance and maintain the look of it. The day porter will have multiple responsibilities to help facility function throughout the day.

Major Job Functions:

• Spot clean designated areas based off the customers’ need
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
• Empty and clean trash bins and replace liners.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Ensure the overall cleanliness and orderliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and reception areas.
• Communicate cleaning issues or concerns to the manager

Requirements:

• Must be willing to undergo a background check
• Must be 18 yrs or older
• Reliable transportation
• Immediate start needed
• Must be able to lift, push, pull from 10 lbs to 35 lbs
• Detail oriented
• Work well with others

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow cleaning instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
