Job summary

Talarico Building Services in Novi, MI is seeking a dependable janitor to perform daily cleaning tasks in a commercial setting. Responsibilities include trash removal, dusting, surface cleaning, restroom sanitation, glass and mirror cleaning, and floor care.

PPE use is required and training will be provided to new hires with a strong work ethic. Candidates should be reliable, punctual, able to follow client instructions, and able to work within set hours.

Qualifications

• Must arrive to work location at scheduled time
• Must work within allotted hours
• Must complete any special request made by client communication in company log
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures
• Must have respect and understanding for co-workers and customers
• Must contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
• Must wear proper uniform at all times
• Must be able to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25lbs
• Constant standing, walking, pushing, stooping, kneeling, crouching
