Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a dependable Day Porter to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, operate motorized cleaning equipment, and ensure daily upkeep while reporting incidents to supervision.

This full-time daytime role runs Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with a pay rate of $21.30 per hour. Candidates who are bilingual can have an advantage; relevant safety training and forklift certification may be

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified.
• Bilingual a plus
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.
• Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.
