Job summary

Elite Care at Oatfield Estates in Milwaukie, OR is hiring full-time Caregivers/CNAs. You will assist residents with ADLs, maintain a clean, safe environment, and document care while monitoring changes in health and communicating with the team.

Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, fluent English, and 6+ months in behavioral health or similar. Must lift 50 lb, pass background check, and have reliable transportation.

Work Location: 4444 SE Oatfield Hill Rd, Milwaukie, OR 97267

Shift: Sun-Wed, Wed-Sat, 6-6. Wednesday is a half-day.

Compensation: $19.00 to $22.50 per hour. $2/hour shift differential for noc shift.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with ADLS
• Teamwork, cooperation, training & development
• Assist clients with personal care, which may include (but is not limited to):
  • Bathing/Bathroom Assistance
  • Morning/Evening Preparations
  • Morning/Evening Dress and attire
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and overall needs of clients
• Maintain a clean, safe and orderly environment for both residents and colleagues
• Ability to correspond and document properly for resident charting purposes.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and ambulate quickly and often throughout a regular shift.
• Must be able to pass a background check with the State of Oregon.
