Job summary

Hawaii Pacific Freight in Honolulu, HI seeks a Day LTL Driver (Class B) to safely pickup and deliver LTL freight, perform vehicle inspections, and ensure compliance with DOT requirements.

You will work under the direction of Dispatch and Operations, communicating updates and maintaining professional customer service while protecting cargo and equipment. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Ability to safely operate Class B commercial vehicles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and secure freight safely.
• Ability to meet all DOT and Company qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class B vehicles per regulations.
• Complete pickup and delivery routes safely and efficiently.
• Verify freight before loading, unloading.
• Load, unload, secure, and transport freight with proper handling.
• Maintain delivery accuracy per customer requirements.
• Report delays or safety issues promptly.
