About The Role

The Union Janitor plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our Sterling Heights location. This position is responsible for ensuring that all areas of the facility are kept in pristine condition, which directly impacts the productivity and morale of all employees. The janitor will work collaboratively with other staff members to uphold cleanliness standards and address any sanitation issues promptly. By performing routine cleaning tasks and responding to specific requests, the janitor contributes to the overall operational efficiency of the plant. Ultimately, this role supports the company's commitment to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees and visitors.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
