HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine Physician for a permanent Day Hospitalist position in Southeast Alabama, near the Florida Panhandle and Southwest Georgia.

This full-time daytime role uses a round-and-go model with a dedicated admitter and no night shifts. Starting compensation is $375,000+ with a $100,000 signing bonus and H-1B sponsorship available.

Qualificações

• MD or DO degree.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency.
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Eligible for an unrestricted Alabama medical license.

Responsabilidades

• Round on and manage an average daily list of approximately 18–20 adult patients.
• Develop inpatient treatment, discharge, and follow-up plans.
• Coordinate care with Intensivists, specialists, nurses, case managers, and Internal Medicine residents.
• Provide general medical management for appropriate ICU patients.
• Complete applicable ICU admissions when required.
• Participate in inpatient code response during scheduled coverage.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support clinical quality and performance‑improvement initiatives.
