Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Associate at our Hampstead, NC store. You will pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders on time, keeping areas clean and safe while delivering high-quality service and helping customers with questions.

You will operate powered equipment, maintain SIMS compliance, support inventory accuracy, and complete administrative tasks with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 6 Months of Experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification required (Forklift, Order Picker, Reach Truck).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by assisting customers and directing them to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and comply with SIMS.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety concerns.
