Job summary

Loffredo Fresh Foods is hiring a Full Time Day Forklift Warehouse Associate at our Des Moines headquarters. You will safely operate forklifts to move pallets of fresh produce and other goods, organize storage areas, and ensure timely shipments in a refrigerated warehouse environment.

Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including medical and 401k.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse and forklift experience required.
• Able to read, write, and speak English for the headset.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 75+ lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Transport products to designated storage areas or staging zones for shipping.

TheForklift Warehouse Associate, is responsible for safely and efficiently moving, loading, and unloading pallets of fresh produce and other goods within the warehouse. This role involves operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to organize and stage products for shipment, replenish inventory in designated storage areas. Forklift operators must follow all safety procedures, maintain equipment in good working condition, and work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate product flow. Attention to detail, adherence to company quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organized work area are essential to help maintain the high standards of service our customers expect.

Schedule:

• Days Working: Tuesday - Saturday
• Days Off: Sunday & Monday
• Hours: 8 AM to 4:30 PM
