Loffredo Fresh Foods is hiring a Full Time Day Forklift Warehouse Associate in Des Moines, IA. You will operate forklifts to move pallets of produce, load/unload shipments, and stock designated areas while maintaining safety and efficiency. Work together with a team to ensure accurate product flow.

Ideal candidates have forklift/warehouse experience, can work in a refrigerated setting, and can lift heavy loads. The role offers regular hours from 8 AM to 4:30 PM with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse and forklift experience required.
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment for 8+ hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 75+ lbs. occasionally.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Read, write, and speak English for the automated headset.

TheForklift Warehouse Associate, is responsible for safely and efficiently moving, loading, and unloading pallets of fresh produce and other goods within the warehouse. This role involves operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to organize and stage products for shipment, replenish inventory in designated storage areas. Forklift operators must follow all safety procedures, maintain equipment in good working condition, and work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate product flow. Attention to detail, adherence to company quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organized work area are essential to help maintain the high standards of service our customers expect.

Schedule:

• Days Working: Tuesday - Saturday
• Days Off: Sunday & Monday
• Hours: 8 AM to 4:30 PM
