Job summary

Campus Services Group (CSG) is seeking a Day Custodian for a school environment in Atlanta, GA. The role involves performing daily janitorial tasks to keep classrooms, hallways, and common areas clean and safe. You will work Mon-Fri from 7am-3:30pm and support event setups as needed.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior custodial experience in a school setting is preferred. Candidates should be punctual, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and able to stand/walk for 6–8

• Must complete all responsibilities without supervision after training.
• Must be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial tasks in entryways, corridors, classrooms, cafeterias, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, sinks, floors, and commodes, replenishing lavatory supplies as needed.
• Remove trash, empty wastebaskets, and remove graffiti.
• Use cleaning solutions safely, adhering to all safety precautions.
• Report equipment or cleaning product needs and malfunctions to supervisors.
• Assist with event support and respond to paging systems promptly.
• Follow infection control and handwashing procedures to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Ensure customer service and cleaning standards are consistently met.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
