Job summary

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking a Day Cleaner to perform general cleaning duties during the day shift. You will be responsible for cleaning, stocking, and maintaining designated facility areas, including restrooms and common spaces.

The Day Cleaner will report to the Site and Assistant Site Managers and carry out tasks such as sanitizing surfaces, handling trash, and assisting with special cleaning projects. Bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks.
• Good personality, excellent cleaning skills, and team player.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Capable of bending, stooping, and climbing ladders.
• Reliable transportation and strong time management.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping, cleaning restrooms).
• Clean toilets with toilet brush and chemicals.
• Wipe down counters, cleaning mirrors, bathroom details, making sure all assigned areas of the facility are clean.
• Replenish restroom supplies, remove trash and debris from assigned work area to designated location, and re-line trash receptacles.
• Wipe and disinfect all surfaces including glass as directed.
• Carry out special cleaning projects.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

The Day Cleaner reports to the Site and Assistant Site Mangers.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES

• Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping, cleaning restrooms.


• Clean toilets with toilet brush and chemicals.


• Wipe down counters, cleaning mirrors, bathroom details, making sure all assigned areas of the facility are clean.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.


• Must be able to carry, push and/or pull, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl.


• Must be able to climb up and down a ladder.


• Ability to work in hot, cold, and/or damp environments.


• Reliable Transportation.


• Strong time management skills and proven history of workplace punctuality.


• Attention to detail and meticulous use of proper safety procedures.

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS

• Janitor/Cleaning experience is a plus.
