Job summary

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking a Day Cleaner to perform General Cleaner duties during the day shift. The Day Cleaner reports to the Day Supervisor and participates in cleaning, stocking and restocking designated facility areas.

Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, wiping surfaces, replenishing supplies, and carrying out special cleaning projects. Candidates should be able to lift 50 pounds and work in various environments, with a flexible, team-oriented attitude.

• Must follow instructions from supervisor and complete tasks effectively.
• Must have a good personality, excellent cleaning skills, and be committed to providing results; TEAM PLAYER.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be able to carry, push and/or pull, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl.
• Must be able to climb up and down a ladder.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and/or damp environments.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Strong time management skills and proven history of workplace punctuality.
• Attention to detail and meticulous use of proper safety procedures.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-directed and motivated.

• Clean toilets with toilet brush and chemicals.
• Wipe down counters, cleaning mirrors, bathroom details, making sure all assigned areas of the facility are clean.
• Replenish restroom supplies, remove trash and debris from assigned work area to designated location, and re-line trash receptacles.
• Wipe and disinfect all surfaces including glass as directed.
• Carry out special cleaning projects.

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS

• Janitor/Cleaning experience is a plus.
