Job summary

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is hiring a Day Cleaner to perform general cleaning duties during the day shift. You will be responsible for cleaning, stocking, and supplying designated facility areas, including restrooms, and following safety procedures.

This entry‑level role requires reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to work on-site in Baltimore, MD, with strong teamwork and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Must have a good personality, excellent cleaning skills, and be committed to providing results; TEAM PLAYER.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be able to carry, push and/or pull, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl.
• Must be able to climb up and down a ladder.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and/or damp environments.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Strong time management skills and proven history of workplace punctuality.
• Attention to detail and meticulous use of proper safety procedures.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-directed and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping, cleaning restrooms).
• Clean toilets with toilet brush and chemicals.
• Wipe down counters, cleaning mirrors, bathroom details, making sure all assigned areas of the facility are clean.
• Replenish restroom supplies, remove trash and debris from assigned work area to designated location, and re-line trash receptacles.
• Wipe and disinfect all surfaces including glass as directed.
• Carry out special cleaning projects.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

The Day Cleaner reports to the Day Supervisor.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS

• Janitor/Cleaning experience is a plus.
