The role covers front-of-house duties, guest reception, room turnover coordination, and responsive problem solving within a premium, 24/7 open facility. Candidates should be customer-focused, tech-aware and adaptable across varied shifts.

We offer a permanent part-time contract with an hourly rate of £13.55 plus generous benefits. Working hours span 7am–10pm with overtime available.

Designed for the life blood of the city such as graduates starting their careers, Union CoLiving apartments provide a platform for young professionals to thrive. Central locations providing easy access to work, beautifully styled apartments, co-working space and social hubs. We’re expanding our Day Concierge team with the appoint of an experienced customer focused professional to deliver a luxury, home-from-home experience for our residents.
Hourly Rate: £13.55 plus generous benefits (please see below).
Contract: Permanent, part-time. A minimum commitment of 16 hours per week
Required Days of Work: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday. Flexibility is required throughout the week
Working Hours: Varied shift patterns, between the hours of 7am - 10pm. Full flexibility required.
Overtime: We offer overtime opportunities to support both planned and unplanned shift cover. These additional hours help us maintain the exceptional service and support our residents expect.
Our Concierge Team
Provide An Exceptional & Personalised Service To Residents By Anticipating And Delivering To Their Needs; Offering Information On Local Attractions, And Handling Enquiries With a Focus On Creating a Seamless And Positive Experience

• Front of House / Reception; greet and welcome residents and guests with a warm, friendly and vibrant attitude.
• Manage room turn arounds, check-in and check-outs.
• Be on hand for questions which may arise.
• Ensure our facilities are being looked after respectfully by residents & guests.
• Be on hand, delivering solutions to issues or challenges that may arise.
  

Additional Responsibilities: Our Concierge team are responsible for delivering a multitude of additional tasks, including:

• Maintain the upkeep of our premium site & facilities; communal areas must be cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
• Conduct block walks every 4-6 hours surveying and reporting every area of the building.
• Replenish refreshment stock, such as coffee beans, tea bags, milk and vending machine products.
• Be a point of contact for any potential incident or emergency that may occur onsite.
• Manage & store parcels correctly to allow residents to easily access deliveries as required.
• Maintain waste management areas adhering to health & safety regulations, ensuring potential hazards are addressed / cleaned / tidied / reorganised as required.
  

Professional Experience
Who we want to join our team

• An experienced customer service professional, well-versed in delivering premium experiences to residents & guests.
• Previous Concierge experience would be an advantage.
• We’re not looking for professional cleaners, but need people who can demonstrate a hands-on, proactive approach to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of communal areas.
• Our operations run seamlessly with the support of a variety of technology systems and software; our Day Concierge must be technologically astute.

• Flexibility: Our facilities are open to residents 24 hours a day, 356 days a year including all bank holidays, festive & religious breaks. Where festive and religious celebrations require time off, we will always try to accommodate, however flexibility from our Day Concierge is imperative to be available as required to ensure continuous service to residents.
